June 2008: The World Bank recruited the IDEA International Institute for the summative evaluation of a pilot bilingual education project implemented in three West African Counties (Niger, Mali and Senegal).
May 2008: The Ministry of Social development in Mexico (SEDESOL) and the IDEA International Institute held a joint presentation at the annual Conference of the Canadian Evaluation Society. The presentation entitled “Evaluation in Mexico: Diagnostic and Presentation of SEDESOL’s Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation System” was held on May 12th in Quebec City.
January-February 2008: In the context of 2030 Vision of Jamaica and the current National Development Plan (NDP) endeavour, the Planning Institute of Jamaica mandates the IDEA International Institute for a review of performance indicators in poverty, Health, National Security and Justice
December 2007: The IDEA International Institute carried a high-level training workshop on Contract Management for officers from the Department of State for Education for the Gambia Construction Program Unit.
December 2007: The IDEA International Institute congratulates Mrs Fatou LEIGH from The Gambia for her success in the PMP certification exam.
October 2007: The World Bank and IDEA International Institute sign a contract for conducting an Impact study for the primary level Bilingual Education
November 2007: The Institute signs a contract with the government of Congo to implement a capacity reinforcement programme in the area of debt management and public investment for the finances ministry officials
November 2007: The Institute signs a contract to carry out a data quality evaluation (DQE) relative to the projects’ monitoring and evaluation of the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA-Benin)
The IDEA Institute supports the implementation of an IT based M&E system for the National Land Administration Programme (PRONAT) in Panama.
