New Professional Certification! 

 

The Institute is proud to present its new professional certification in project management and preparation for the PMP^® certification. This three-week training is offered in three one-week session. These three sessions will take place in July, August and September of the year 2010, in Rabat, Morocco. Each session presents a specific module and all three modules are complementary, therefore it is not possible to register individually to one session only.

 

The training will allow the participants to:

 

v     Appreciate the important role of Project Management in the context of Public Reforms and Results-Based Management;

v     Master the different project management processes (from planning and performance budgeting to monitoring and evaluation);

v     Understand and master the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMI;

v     Prepare for the PMP^® Certification (Project Management Professional);

v     Develop personal managerial skills (leadership, motivation, problem solving, etc.);

v     Exchange with other participants on the challenges and possible solutions inherent to the management of public programs.
