Based on the lessons learnt from the significant experience of the Institute in the design and implementation of results-based monitoring and evaluation national systems in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, members of the Institute presented a paper on Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building at the V^th Meeting of the Latin America and the Caribbean Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Network that took place from 5-6 November 2009 in Bogota, Colombia. (Short report and Powerpoint presentation available in Spanish only)
