|
The objective of the project is generated and applies a monitoring-evaluation system for the National Land Administration Program (PRONAT) in its component of financing IDB. The main activities are : (i) Elaborate an initial report with the necessary information to develop and evaluate social, environmental and economic parameters of the program, through a careful selection of performance indicators and establishment of its base line; (ii) The development and implementation of an information system for the monitoring and evaluation (SIME) of the program; (iii) the accomplishment of an intermediate evaluation of the program with the information generated by the SIME and field surveys and; (iv) The supervision of the final Evaluation of impact to the Program that allows to generate recommendations for the permanence and optimization of the national actions in regarding of land possession.

- Coordination and management of the project;
- Revision and adjustment of the management framework of the program;
- Design of the monitoring and evaluation system of the program; and
- Preparation and supervision intermediate and final evaluations of the program.
