Implementation and Management of Publics Programs
The experts of the Institute are supporting national teams in their effort to implement programs and projects in a Results-Based Management (RBM) perspective. Areas covered go from the management of inputs and activities to the delivery of outputs that will, in turn, contribute to the achievement of sustainable development results (outcomes, impacts). Past mandates have dealt with the following:
- Program and project management – multi-project planning and resource sharing
- Project management guidelines and procedures manuals
- Selection of performance indicators for programs/projects implementation monitoring
- Public procurement procedures (works, services and consultants) and contract negotiation
- Contract administration and disbursements monitoring
- Material resources and equipment management
- Human resources management
- Integrated financial management systems
- Institutional framework reform.
