If you hold at a minimum:

• A Master’s degree (M.Sc.);
• Five (5) years of relevant professional experience in Results-Based Management in the public sector;

and are interested by:

• either short-term consulting/training opportunities;
• or by longer term positions in one office of the IDEA network;
