Energy Policies and Environmental Challenges
This program has been developed to improve expertise in areas related to: (i) the formulation of energy policies taking into account environmental challenges; (ii) the management and monitoring & evaluation of resulting programs and projects .
The program consists of two (2) certifications of three (3) weeks each. Success to both certifications leads to the award of the Masters Certificate in Energy Policies and Environmental Challenges, jointly delivered by the IDEA International Institute and University Laval.
