Project Management - PMP Preparation
Managing for Development Results (MfDR) requires good governance and the implementation of sound and effective management practices that, in turn, will contribute to the achievement of targeted results. As such, project management is a key component in public program management. The ability of public managers to properly select, define, plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate projects has a direct impact on their success, since it influences not only the timeline and budget, but also the level to which results are achieved.
This Masters Certificate program is offered on a three (3) weeks period. This intensive and practical professional certificate program covers all knowledge areas related to the management of the project cycle as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). During the training, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their knowledge through a simulation of the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification exam (as administrated by the PMI).
