Description

Support to the monitoring-evaluation of the national objective for the Poverty Reduction and Hunger Eradication Project included: (1) the establishing of a work plan for the entire evaluation of poverty reduction and hunger eradication and the establishing of a detailed method of procedure for the impact evaluation component; (2) organizing and supervising of a survey for the impact evaluation; (3) data analysis and drawing up of the project impact evaluation report.

The services offered included short-term missions to:

1. provide technical assistance for the development of a work plan and impact evaluation methods of procedure;
2. reinforce the skills of the national team in charge of the evaluation;
3. analyze data on surveys and validate collection and processing activities; and
4. produce a final report on the impact evaluation.
