The Institute offers advisory services to the public sector and to Project Management Units to implement Results-Based Management (RBM). The Institute distinguishes itself by its capacity to develop methodologies and propose innovative and adapted institutional arrangements.
The Institute is also special in its dedication to transfer its knowledge and expertise to national teams in ministries and to national consultants who work in close collaboration with the members of the Institute.
